Legal advice
We provide comprehensive and expert advice on a wide range of legal areas. We assist our private clients primarily in contract law, law of succession, labor law, tenancy law and property law. We consult on construction projects, in obtaining authority approvals and generally in dealing with administrative authorities. We offer legal assistance with wealth planning and inheritance matters, and take over the execution of wills.
Administration
We provide our private clients with advice on wealth planning, insurance and banking matters, and execute related transactions. We also take on estate planning and the execution of wills.
Representation
Our services include legal representation of clients in civil and administrative litigation and arbitration in all judicial and administrative courts as well as arbitral tribunals in Switzerland.
Notary public
Authentications and public certifications are provided by a Solothurn based notary public.
