Board of directors mandates
We are prepared to take on a non-executive board mandate in your public limited company and advise your company on strategic and economic matters as well as on legal issues, such as changes in the board of directors or in the management, relocation of registered offices, labor law, tenancy law and contract law.
Notary public
A Solothurn notary public is responsible for the notarization of company and inheritance law transactions and for notarial authentications and public certifications.
Litigation
